D&D Beyond is charting new waters on the world of Oerth, with the latest entry in the Legends of Greyhawk organized play program. Entitled Tales from Turtleback Cove, it marks the second official play bundle to land on D&D Beyond following Elemental Evil Rising, which was released in April 2026.
The three nautical-themed adventures included in the bundle have been developed by organized play provider GameConclave in conjunction with Wizards of the Coast and were previously run in person at several conventions. If you missed out, however, you can pick them up and run them for yourself via D&D Beyond.
Below, we batten down the hatches and chart a course for all the details.

What’s included in Legends of Greyhawk: Tales from Turtleback Cove?
The D&D Beyond play bundle includes three interrelated D&D 5.5E adventures that have been run by GameConclave at Legends of Greyhawk organized play events over the past few months. Each adventure is designed for Level 1 to 4 characters and can be completed in about 3 hours. They can be run alone or as part of a larger campaign.
Notably, all of the adventures take place in the Lordship of the Isles, an archipelago of tropical volcanic islands located between the Aerdi Sea and the Oljatt Sea off the southeastern coast of the Flanaess. The three adventures are:
- Shadows Beneath the Skull: Players are hired by a high-ranking member of the Daughters of Syrul (a local thieves guild) to investigate and infiltrate their rivals, the Brinejacks. You must do whatever it takes to gain the attention of the ego-driven gangsters.
- Echoes of Betrayal: Your security in Turtleback Cove has been shattered as one of your known contacts in the city’s underground has been murdered. The Daughters of Syrul have asked you to investigate whatever leads you can find and help them seek justice.
- Havoc and the High Seas: Players embark on the vessel known as the Tallyho, which sets sail into dangerous uncharted waters with an untested crew.

What is Legends of Greyhawk?
Legends of Greyhawk is an official Dungeons & Dragons organized play program run by third-party organizations including Baldman Games and GameConclave, with approval and support from Wizards of the Coast. The program officially launched in the summer of 2025 at Gen Con and uses the new D&D 5.5E rules. The adventures used in the program are primarily designed to be run at conventions (although materials are released to the general public several months afterwards).
Adventures are also designed to be interconnected, helping to shape a larger narrative that influences the whole of the modern Greyhawk setting. Any convention attendee can play in a Legends of Greyhawk adventure, so long as they have created a character in D&D Beyond (using the rules from the 2024 Player’s Handbook). Players can also earn physical rewards in the form of tradable magic item cards and other certificates at the end of each play session.
Notably, Wizards of the Coast has also released a Legends of Greyhawk Guide which provides more information on character creation, including guidelines on which region of Greyhawk your character can come from, how many magic items you can have based on your level, and how trading magic items with other players works.

Who is GameConclave?
GameConclave is a convention services company that specializes in organizing and managing tabletop RPG events by creating adventures and providing Game Masters who manage the tables. It is most notably active within the Legends of Greyhawk organized play community, providing structured D&D 5.5E adventures and tie-in events.
The organization was co-founded in 2014 by Thomas Valley and Teddy Benson, and now supports over 50 conventions across North America, including GameHole Con, Gary Con, Gen Con and Origins.

Final Thoughts
It’s great to see more Legends of Greyhawk material make its way onto D&D Beyond; although surprisingly, Wizards of the Coast hasn’t really promoted the content, simply releasing it onto the marketplace with no major announcements via their social media channels, website or email program.
In any event, we’ll be keeping a close eye on future play bundles in the days ahead. In the meantime, you can pick up the Legends of Greyhawk: Tales from Turtleback Cove now on D&D Beyond.
