Wizards of the Coast recently released their new D&D anthology Dragon Delves, which features 10 unique adventures focused on a variety of dragon species. One of the dragons included in the book is the ancient blue known as Anthradusk, who has recently been captured in the form of an upcoming WizKids miniature. The large format figure will be available towards the end of 2025, but you can pre-order him now from WizKids or Amazon.
So just who is Anthradusk and what’s included in his upcoming mini? Below, we blast apart all the details.

What is the new Anthradusk ancient blue dragon miniature?
The new WizKids Anthradusk figure stands 8 inches tall and comes with a 100mm clear base, making it significantly larger than your standard mini. It also includes a removable lightning breath weapon, which is something we haven’t seen with other similar figures. As with most other WizKids minis, it’s also completely pre-painted and the scale means that you can use him during gameplay with D&D or pretty much any other fantasy TTRPG.
The figure retails for $119.99 USD (not including shipping and handling) and will be available sometime between October and December 2025 via online retailers and local game stores.
Who is Anthradusk?
Anthradusk is an ancient blue dragon who appears in the 2025 D&D anthology Dragon Delves in the adventure “Dragons of the Sandstone City.” This particular adventure is the final chapter in the book and designed for Level 12 characters. This means that if you run all of 10 adventures in the book together as a single campaign, Anthradusk is essentially the final boss the characters will face.
Anthradusk dwells in the ruined subterranean city of Haskasori, also known as the Sandstone City, which is located in the depths of a sprawling desert. He is a powerful magic user who has gathered a variety of minions to his service and is obsessed with resurrecting the spirts of several ancient blue dragons which he plans to use to conquer the region. Notably he wears a variety of items, both magical and otherwise, which he has taken from slain foes.

Final Thoughts
Over the past few years WizKids has released some amazing large format figures (including a pretty epic red dragon tyrant which came out in late 2024) so it’s great to see them continuing the trend as they’re a solid option for gameplay but also look fantastic as a collectible display piece.
You can pre-order the new Anthradusk blue dragon figure now from your local game store, WizKids or Amazon.
