Wizards of the Coast has officially rolled out the first major D&D campaign of 2026. Entitled Arcana Unleashed: Deadfall, the level 11-20 adventure is described as a high fantasy spy thriller and takes place in the land of Thay; home to the infamous Red Wizards and the dreaded Lich lord, Szass Tam.
As part of the release, long-time D&D accessory maker WizKids has recently unveiled a new set of Arcana Unleashed: Deadfall miniatures. The collection features a range of pre-painted monsters and NPCs pulled directly from the campaign and usable at the table. And while you won’t be able to get your hands on them until February 2027, you can pre-order now from your local game store, WizKids and Amazon.

What are the new Arcana Unleashed: Deadfall Minis?
The set includes 47 pre-painted miniatures featuring a range of familiar D&D monsters, such as the Sarrukh and Szass Tam himself. It also includes new monsters that are exclusive to Deadfall, such as the preying-mantis like demon known the Abveku. In addition, there are also two ultra-rare Demon Lord-themed variants that appear in one in every four boxes (known as “bricks”).
How much are the Arcana Unleashed: Deadfall minis?
So far, WizKids has only confirmed pricing on a 10-pack of bricks, which will retail for $199.90 USD (not including shipping and handling). You will, however, be able to buy individual bricks online and at physical retailers.
When are the Arcana Unleashed: Deadfall minis coming out?
The set is expected to hit store shelves in February 2027, at which point it should be widely available from online and physical retailers.
It’s also worth noting that the complete line of miniatures is also included in the Beadle & Grimm’s Deadfall: Platinum Edition Box Set, which is coming out in November 2026.
Final Thoughts
WizKids has definitely stepped up its game over the past few years in terms of the quality of the pre-painted minis they’ve released for D&D. They’ve also clearly listened to fans in terms of creating a wider range of table-ready sets that directly tie into existing supplements.
