Kidrobot Unveils Two New DnD Plush Toys

Dungeons & Dragons is a game chocked full of bloodthirsty monsters. But over the past few years, we’ve seen a softer side of these deadly creatures thanks to Kidrobots’ best-selling “Phunny” line of DnD plush toys. These products has been developed in partnership with WizKids and Wizards of the Coast and included huggable versions of everything from beholders and owl bears to gelatinous cubes and mimics.

Now Kidrobot has added two new DnD plus toys to the Phunny family: the gas-spewing green dragon and the Underdark dwelling roper. These two new cuddly creatures will be available February 2025 and retail for $16.99 USD. Below, we squeeze out all the details.

Green Dragon DnD Plush

The upcoming 2025 Monster Manual will actually feature a redesigned green dragon, that has a new look and stat block. Now, these deadly, forest-dwelling wyrms are also now getting a full plus version. The new green dragon Phunny stands 7.5 inches tall and features the creature’s iconic color scheme. Notably, this is actually the fifth DnD plush dragon Kidrobot has created, with previous waves including the red dragon, blue dragon, black dragon and the adorably chubby Themberchaud from the Honor Among Thieves film.

Roper DnD Plush

Ropers are a classic DnD monster that lurk in the depths of the Underdark and lure their prey in by camouflaging themselves as stalagmites or stalactites. The plush version of these cavern-dwelling creatures stands 7.5 inches tall and features the Roper in all of its terrifying and tentacled glory.

Final Thoughts

It’s been awhile since we’ve had any new Dungeons & Dragons Phunnys (the last being the Wave 4 line, which was released in October 2023 and included the bullywug, rust monster, intellect devourer and black dragon), so it’s great to see the line is still going strong.

Of course, this latest offering is barely scratching the index of the Monster Manual, so it’s likely we’ll see even more Phunnys in the days ahead. In the meantime, the new green dragon and roper plushies will be available in February 2025, but you can pre-order them now from the Kidrobot website.
