2025 was a banner year when it comes to DMsGuild, with the popular online platform rolling out a number of new third-party products for D&D 5e, with everything from rules supplements and campaign sourcebooks to standalone one shots and adventures.
As always with DMsGuild, however, it’s hard to tell the critical hits from the misses, given just how much content is released on the website in a given year. This unique setting reference is designed to bridge classic Greyhawk lore with the updated setting materials found in the 2024 Dungeon Master’s Guide. Pulling from over 40 years of lore and adventures (including the original 1983 World of Greyhawk Setting Guide) the book seeks to provide modern Dungeon Masters with a richer, more usable snapshot of the Flanaess. With thoughtful appendices that track lore changes across editions and point DMs toward further reading, it’s an incredibly affordable, well-researched resource that makes running Greyhawk easier, deeper and more approachable.
