A new kid-friendly line of official D&D toys has just been unveiled from Wizards of the Coast and US-based toy maker Basic Fun! Known as Dungeons & Dragons Questers, the upcoming figures are designed for younger kids between the ages of 5 to 8 and will feature a variety of creatures and characters taken from D&D lore.
Notably, Basic Fun! is a major toy manufacturer when it comes to products designed for younger audiences, owning the toy rights for lines like Care Bears, Fisher-Price and the Littlest Pet Shop and working with brands including Disney, Mattel and Netflix.
So just what can D&D fans expect when these new figures launch? Below, we break out all the details.

What are Dungeons & Dragons Questers?
D&D Questers are a new toyline created by Florida-based manufacturer Basic Fun! using the official Dungeons & Dragons license from Wizards of the Coast. The line will feature three separate types of figures based on D&D lore: Creatures, Adventurers and Monsters. All figures will be blind-packed collectibles and fully buildable, with interchangeable parts that allow kids to mix and match to make their own creations. Each figure will also include a D20 dice and “storystarter” book that encourages them to create their own tales (although it’s not entirely clear what these will look like).
The initial release, which is coming out later in the summer of 2026, will feature three figures: a Red Dragon (Creature), a Dragonborn Cleric (Adventurer) and a Mimic (Monster). Future releases will include additional figures (with an initial press release hinting that Kobolds may be next up).

How much are the new D&D Questers toys?
An initial price has not yet been confirmed. (We’ll update this page with an exact dollar figure once it’s available).
When will the D&D Questers figures be released?
The new toyline will hit retailers in July 2026, at which point it should be available both in-store and online.
Final Thoughts
In recent years we’ve Wizards of the Coast trying to introduce the Dungeons & Dragons brand to kids, including past releases such as D&D LEGO, D&D Minecraft and more recent collaborations like the new D&D Fortnite island. WotC has also tried to bring more children directly into the game via adventures like Peril in Pinebrook and books like the Young Adventurer’s Guides. This new collection from Basic Fun!, however, looks to continue that trend.
We’ll be keeping a close eye on this story in the days ahead and will update this page with new information as it’s made available.
